Lordstown wins right to suspend data center project through 2026

A unanimous decision by the Ohio Supreme Court decision allows the village of Lordstown to suspend its review of a proposed data center facility through the end of 2026.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- An Ohio village can put a data center project on hold even after a developer has submitted preliminary plans, the state Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
